 Jamie was a key designer of the financial planning programs of two major New York Stock Exchange member brokerage houses, and among Wall Street’s first Vice Presidents of Financial Planning. Recognizing the brokerage world’s difficulty with putting client’s needs first, Jamie opened her own financial planning firm in 1984, with the goal of providing all clients with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to achieve their economic goals.

She is a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, Financial Planning Association, Institute of Certified Financial Planners, Institute of Certified Divorce Financial Analysts, GROWS and Washington Area Money Managers Association, as well as a board member for tri-state Collaborative Divorce groups. She has been the Financial Trainer for financial planners, attorneys, mediators and mental health professionals with classes including the MICPEL 40-hour mediation program, CDTT Collaborative Training and the Montgomery County Bar Association. Jamie is a frequent contributor and active member at the Maryland Commission for Women. A native of Washington, D.C., Jamie is the proud mother of two young adults.
