There are many potential pitfalls in negotiating a divorce financial settlement. Pre-divorce financial planning is vital to post-divorce financial security. In these seminars, Jamie S. Lapin, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM  practitioner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, discusses various aspects of money management, including the financial aspects of divorce and highlights strategies for negotiating a good settlement.
